There are several different Legal Notices which may need to be served upon your tenants during the tenancy. These vary, from Notice of Landlord’s intention to change the rent, to serving Notice to regain possession of your property.

Should you need to serve notice upon your tenant for whatever reason, it is imperative that you serve the correct documentation and that the same is filled in correctly, otherwise there could be serious implications, such as being unable to regain possession of your property.
